The Case Management Department Assistant reports to the Director of Case ManagementThe Case Management Department Assistant performs a variety of support services to the staff of the Case Management Department.
Task include typing minutes of meetings, preparing meeting agendas, making copies, filing and other general office functions.

Education/Licensure/Certification/Experience/Skills RequirementsHigh school graduate or equivalent, computer knowledge, and experience with Word, Excel and Windows.
Excellent typing skills and use of standard office equipment and supplies required.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Manage multiple tasks, and prioritize daily work independently.
Capable of job training in hospital and department policies and procedures and CPSI information system.
