The primary responsibility of the Hospitality Service Supervisor is to provide the highest quality of service to customers at all times.
Other responsibilities include ensuring a safe working environment throughout the department for all employees, enforcing safety guidelines, building awareness about safety, maintaining, facility, Sodexho and regulatory agency standards.
The Hospitality Service Supervisor also monitors employee productivity and provides suggestions for increased service or productivity, supervises day-to-day activities of subordinates and assigns responsibility for specific work or functional activities.
The Hospitality Service Supervisor disseminates policies to subordinates, gives work directions, resolves problems, assists in preparing schedules and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work and trains assigned employees.
The Hospitality Service Supervisor works with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
Prefer 6 months experience in healthcare, restaurant or country club food service environment.
Knowledge of high volume cooking required as well as prior cash handling experience.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prefer CDM or ability to acquire CDM licensure.
ServSafe certified or ability to be certified within a six month period.

Basic HACCP knowledge.
Ability to read and comprehend English.
