We have an immediate need for a Maintenance Technician for second shift (5PM-3AM) for our Boaz, AL facility.

Maintenance Technician Position
Summary:
General Knowledge of electrical.
mechanical, plc control, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems and repair.
The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
General plant/facility maintenance including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, conveyor systems, controls, robotics, and motors.
Emphasis of position on preventative activity but also troubleshooting and repair.
Controls responsibilities including but not limited to downloading/uploading, troubleshooting, and basic programming for existing PLC/HMI and associated software programs.
Perform daily preventative and corrective activities as needed Support plant operations, Section goals, and other assignments Requirements for this position include:
High School Diploma or equivalent
AAS or 1 year relative maintenance experience as follows:
Capability of reading electrical blueprints.
Strong Mechanical skills, Welding, Robotic, Electrical, Machine Repair, and Troubleshooting PLC knowledge Electrical knowledge pertaining to 480V 3phase motors, motor contactors, and frequency drives Strong computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Team oriented.
Must be able to work overtime on short notice with ability to adapt and be flexible.
Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize.
Self-motivated.
Available to travel as needed.
Ability to interact with associates of all levels in the organization.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
